Please tell me you can relate! Aside from multiple trips to Dollar Tree each week, I’m keeping my Christmas loot to a minimum!! This year, I am really trying to keep things simple. It’s easy to get caught up in the holiday hustle, especially as a blogger. To be reminded of the simple joys around us each and every day, but especially this time of the year. Their expressions were priceless, but I almost love their backside better! The biggest was leaning over with delight and the littlest was looking at the biggest with his big blue eyes as if to figure out how he should react to the sight!īut it was the sight of them that I wanted to capture and have the memory of it be with us each and every time we look at the tree. This photo was taken of the littles two Christmases ago and it was right after they saw the Christmas tree lit up at night for the first time that year. Your ornament is ready to be hung on the tree! Attach the bow to the top of the wreath and then line up the ends and connect them with a small amount of glue, ![]() Snip two small pieces off of the gold glitter tree pick and attach it under the 3 red poms with a bit more hot glue.įinally, cut a piece of ribbon, tie a bow and leave the ends long. Then, add a dab of hot glue near the bottom left of the wreath and place three red pom poms on it. You will have what looks like a “wreath”! Work your way around the entire circle until it’s completely full. Place a few pom poms down filling the width of the border completely. Next, take the hot glue gun and run an inch or so of hot glue on the white border around the photo. I traced the bottom of the planter on the photo and then flipped it over and traced the top on the cardstock paper to create a larger circle.Ĭenter the photo on the cardstock and glue it down. I used a metal Gladsock planter from IKEA to trace around. Then take the cardstock or poster board and draw a slightly larger circle on it. Start with a photo and draw a circle inside.
